I would not recommend this office or seeing Brooke Baine by any means. I came in for uti symptoms and was told I was having an ectopic pregnancy. I told her I knew it wasn’t ectopic because I have these utis multiple times a year that feel that feel this way. she ordered an ultrasound immediately . I was freaking out for three days because it showed my results were in from the ultrasound, left multiple messages and when I finally threw a fit on the phone that I needed an answer right now since it’s been three days. She answered the phone with an attitude and immediately said “ was trying not to do this on the phone because your baby is non viable . “ I called my ob , did blood work , my baby was completely fine. My ob read my ultrasound report and said she has no ideal what part of that made Brooke think to say my baby was nonviable . I’ve been calling the office for months to get a resolution because I refused to pay the ultrasound bill. They were unhelpful or rude everytime I called . And said if I was that upset , they’d have Brooke call me to tell me sorry . Like a sorry would fix a malpractice.

I love the doctor's and 99% of the staff. I dropped one star because my whole family has to deal with my doctor's assistant. She is a good assistant, but she doesn't always have the best attitude and acts as if she doesn't trust the patient. I left my first visit feeling like I was being investigated for a crime. I hope she is able to adopt a more peaceful repour with patients under her care. Once you get past the assistant, the doctors are great and well worth the annoyances.

Doctors and medical staff are all excellent. The office is not glitzy, and there sometimes is a wait, but when doctor is with you they take the time to see your problem through. This is a busy office and the waiting area has a lot going on, but the doctors are well worth it. We had billing issues with other this and other Envision offices in the past, but seems to be smoother now. I have a high deductible plan and look at my costs very closely and they seem to be very fair.

The doctor's are wonderful. Yes there is sometimes a wait to get in for your appointment, but my health and peace of mind with the providers is worth it. I will not willingly ever change doctor's! The staff are efficient and business like, the lobby, exam rooms are very clean and welcoming.
